Collecting society and optional cruise game.
How do I join the collecting society?
Scan a Royal Duck’s QR tag and create a member account. Your digital collection stays with you across cruises. No app or payment needed.
What happens when I find the same character again?
You keep one unique digital collectible. You can record another encounter, add another photograph, or release the physical duck without losing your collectible.
Are my photographs public?
Photographs start private. Choose Public photograph to share one after approval. You can upload one image at a time and delete it from My Collection.
How do I recover my member account?
Sign in from Account or use Forgot password. The recovery-code questions below apply only to the optional cruise game.
Which team am I on?
Teams are assigned automatically to keep them balanced: Royal Quackers, Salty Ducks or Waddle Pirates.
I changed phones or cleared my browser.
Use your recovery code with your nickname to get back in.
I lost my recovery code.
Find the Game Master on board. She can set a new code for you.
When do missions open?
Day 1 opens November 1 at 10:00 a.m. Pacific. New missions open at midnight Pacific each day after that. The competition ends November 8 at 10:00 a.m. Pacific.
Why isn't my entry showing yet?
Every entry is reviewed by the Game Master first. Points are added and the entry appears in the gallery once it's approved. Puzzle answers are never shown publicly.
My entry was rejected.
Check the note from the Game Master on the mission and try again.
My upload failed.
Cruise Wi-Fi can be weak. Your text is saved on your phone, so just tap submit again when you have a better signal — try near a Wi-Fi hotspot or a quieter time of day.
How do points work?
Each mission has a point value, awarded when it's approved. The Game Master can add bonus points for great entries. Your points also count toward your team.
How do I earn badges?
Badges unlock automatically as your missions are approved — for example your first mission, completing several of one type, or playing on several days.
I lost my duck or want to stop playing.
You can release your duck from your dashboard and hide it for someone else. You keep your points and can still follow the game as a spectator.
What are Discoveries in the activity feed?
Discoveries are approved Explore missions — interesting places players found around the ship.
